In 1978 a meteorite crash lands into the Swiss Mountains, unleashing a deadly virus. Killing everyone within a 20 mile radius, the incident was covered up by local officials. Now thirty years later the virus is released onto an unsuspecting island off the coast of the UK. A group of survivors must band together in order to survive the death and destruction of the once friendly locals.

Survival of the Dead is a horror film by George A. Romero which follows some characters who briefly appeared in Diary of the Dead. The film was first released on DVD in the UK on March 15, 2010. That will be followed by a video on demand release on April 30, 2010, followed by a theatrical release on May 28, 2010.
Survival of the Dead takes place in a desperate, nightmarish world where the dead walk the earth, relentlessly attacking the living. It is the story of Plum Island - a beautiful refuge whose isolation allows two powerful families to maintain a semblance of order in the wake of the zombie holocaust. But as the inhabitants slowly die off, the two clans become sharply divided: The O'Flynns believe that the undead must be destroyed without exception, while the Muldoons insist that afflicted loved ones be kept "alive" until a cure is found. Into this situation wander a small group of National Guard troops who have decided to strike out on their own in a an effort to survive

Writer / producer Jim Ousley dropped us a line today to let us know about a new horror movie he has gearing up for production in St. Louis. Get this! The story concerns a Chuck Norris obsessed janitor named Sonny Kane, who must save a brat pack of prep students from an alien zombie invasion on the night of the senior shut in. You had us at Chuck Norris obsessed janitor. Please for the love of god find him skin tight jeans to go with a beard so thick it adds three pounds on him. Rock!

ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction (movie)
ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction is a 2009 zombie comedy film directed by Kevin Hamedani.Frida Abbas (Janette Armand), a second-generation Iranian-American, has dropped out of Princeton University to return to her hometown of Port Gamble. She experiences unintentional racism from her former neighbors, who not only do not consider her American, but frequently mistakenly call her Iraqi. Frida also faces pressure from her father to be more prideful of her Iranian heritage. Tom Hunt (Doug Fahl) has also returned to Port Gamble, with his boyfriend, Lance Murphy (Cooper Hopkins). Tom has come back in order to come out of the closet to his mother.
After many of the town's inhabitants become zombies due to an apparent terrorist attack, Frida, Tom, and Lance encounter increasing difficulties for being perceived by many as being different.
Gallowwalker (2009 movie)
Gallowwalker is a 2009 horror western film directed by Andrew Goth and starring Wesley Snipes and Riley Smith. Shooting has been completed, but the release date is still unknown.
When a nun broke her covenant with God to save the life of Aman, her unborn son, he was cursed for life. As an adult, Aman (Snipes) has killed those who have crossed him. But his curse brings his victims back to life, and as the undead, they pursue him endlessly for revenge. Forever suffering this curse, Aman enlists Fabulos (Smith), a young gunman, to fight by his side against his undead victims.
